word. i declare this blog almost dead la.
kinda lost inspiration to blog here already. but anyway!!! (since it's driving me crazy to coordinate who is busy and not) and the kind souls(good friends la haha) who still check back here.. ..who's going to be free in june/july? (only applicable to people in malaysia) i'm coming back. T________________T but everyone seems to be busy! ok la, with that short messaging back and forth between some of my good pals, they can make time, but its not ALL the time. so i haven't booked my flight back to melb, but i really cannot decide when. because.. (read above). i have to do it pretty soon i suppose. and i have ALL The Time available, because well, i'm on HOLIDAYS (yes yes i have been for the past few months omg the life of a bum) oh and also, who wants to travel? south east asia i suppose? i've been suppressing my (very sad) travel bug bite for the longest of time. (turned down 2 offers already for the year T________________________T). we can do budget! i've had experience in that. (think PortDickson the rm7.50 per night rooms HAHAHAHA damn fail). and this would be the BESTEST way to get calm down my travel bug AND spend time with my BESTEST friends heeeeheeeeheee and then less of an issue but just passing thought, so where should i be on my birthday? melbmalaysiamelbmalaysia. either way, not everyone(who means loads to me) would be available as well. i just felt like increasing the making-a-big-deal of your birthday just a little bit more because it's my 21st! whoo. ok la point made finish story. looks like my mojo is back, but not really. its inner frustration haha. oh, and my damn shy incident is.. .. writing the wrong company's name and sending it to the company. very smart move, jo. its very dig a hole in the ground and never come back up again shy moment. ok hear from you guys soon(hopefully la) Thursday, April 03, 2008

sitting on a rainbow i'm still up and running :) i just feel like i'm pulling a jing/step who update once in a.. long time :P
its just that the rain makes the mood suitable for some bublé and room cleaning (+ includes blog updating hee). all worries washed away, even just for awhile. dim lighting; stereo blasting, twirls here and there. alone time. little bits and pieces that remind me of home, and a dead battery. and possibly one of the best nights that i have had in awhile. it's strangely calming. but the rain has stopped, and i want to go take in the cool crisp air now. be back soon. i hope you guys are good hmmn? star of the night it's past three and with two others + the help of dictionary.com, we managed to unjumble two words in the MX's brainwave page, to which they deem as ordinary words. SHLYP | highlight for answer --> SYLPH CUTLED | highlight for answer --> DULCET am i tired u bet i am! i clearly do not think much. + solve as many sudoku's as i would like to.. so its high time i started. - reaching home just before 12 enabled me to sit on the top of my apartment stairs and do some calming star gazing. wearing work pants made it all the more comfortable sitting on the concrete stairs. in a way, my stairway being the only one not sheltered has been working out pretty well. it's one of my favourite places here to date. out in the open but yet so safe. being on the highest floor meaning that you had open access to the sky and no disturbance from the other neighbours. quiet. and the stars. you just have to look up to see the dark blue sky and stars glittering all over it. no restrictions. it could have been much better had there not been so much light reflecting from the buildings, but it is as good as it gets right here right now. and from there, you can see the sky curving, as how our round earth should be. it really is pretty unbelievable. i love walking up my stairs, because there is no way you can miss the stars when it is a clear night. hi :) it's crazy how time flies.
the things i have missed out on, the things i have gained. you really can't have it all. things have been very stagnant now i think. but still occupied nontheless. i am very absent minded. quite scared. i cannot screw this up. cos it doesn't come cheap. the moon today looked very majestic up there, illuminating the sky. full moon, end of chinese new year huh. it would be very nice to just stop and stare longer if it wasn't for all the buzz of people going along their way, which reminded me that it was time to get a move on home. back to friends :) (the series! i'm halfway thru season 6, and then four more to go). i hope you guys are well! and valentines turned out well for you guys too. hee, i got an mms buncha roses from cheese! to which he is selling for his charity club. peekaboo! shit.
it's been a week?! that is crazy. the only thing i've achieved proudly is that.... I ACED IELTS BAYBEH! okay, not fully aced, but it is pretty good stuff for my standard heeeheee. my lowest is for WRITING! an 8. and i wrote so much about my "neighbour", and racked my brains for the advertising&promotions notes i took down for televisions and radios last year. looks like the examiner saying i spoke really well after my 15 minutes meant i did pretty spiffy. to his credit, he was pretty swell. i was singing praises about him after that. mm, well, rambling about a "very exciting birthday" was really fun. and explaining the chinese traditional marriage was good stuff. heeee. a lot of hand action, excited chatter and knowledgable nods about the tea ceremony, red packets.. i think i was so happy/excited i cried tears of joy. well, a little. then i had to get on with my "very busy" life. seriously, i can't believe it's been 1 week. weekend has been tennis filled, some cash, racing and muffins. the week has been new housemate filled. Oh, and the vanilla sky movie. i don't even know what to say about it. not something i was expecting.. ---   --- and yeah, bus crash no more. *click please! let's make this happen. it's not worth losing dear lives over incompetent drivers and foolish acts. don't it feel like sunshine after all let's just put this in a more positive perspective, when things get too routine, its is good to have things shake you up a bit.. ..so you become more alert and realise that it's time to break outta the routine.  - i'm very confused. but we'll see who comes first. and then decide. - nope, results aren't out yet sigh. things i'm looking to receive in the near future(relative) 1. card from li shan(whoohoo! a piece of home) 2. grad photos 3. love is a movement, we're starting now. i had a series of dreams last night; things that have been floating around my head.
1. my ielts results. i dreamt how someone told me i got the necessary 7 band for all components, but i still had to get my results from the mailbox, which may be different cos hello, who can believe some person(its some friend of mine i should think) who told you when they are not the markers. and anyway to cut the long blur story short, it's about three days(real time) more for the results to be posted to us. 13 days from the exam day.. gosh, three more days of dreams like these? die. i think i woke up as i was about to rip the envelope apart.. 2. finding office(formal) clothes at a discounted price. since i have been put on a ban to shop for any casual clothes by my mother. and seeing that i am in a (drastic) shortage of cash inflow compared to outflow - semi-forced to living the life of the independant, i haven't bought anything cloth related for ages. all cash earned now goes straight into the bank, and i am very grateful&thankful for anyone(kestah, shannon) who has cooked for me. unlike some people who spends SG500 in one day of shopping(times that with the coming 10 more days of shopping in HK). sighhhh, the life of the poor unemployed (ie applies only to certain people like me, cos the SG500 girl is obviously not counted even though she is technically unemployed). why are my dreams so boring when i do dream.. i usually have dreamless nights. i have a semi-formed plan. (its always good to plan, right) it sounds silly to tell people. ok well, its quite an obvious plan (no, my current bumming & sleeping is not a plan), but still quite shy.  on a happier note, busted! someone i know is getting married! HEEEEHEEEE, although i am not exactly very close to him, i'm still so excited. cos well technically, its my FIRST friend who is getting married! plus plus, i helped him with the afterpart a little. omg, i don't know how much more excited i'll be when it is the turn for one of my CLOSER friends. (quick, one of you oldies - olderthanmefriends, get hitched!) i seemed to have lost some weight(which gives me some right, i think, to LAUGH AT THE MEAN HK PEOPLE WHO TAG ME ABOUT EATING(good food) IN HK. laugh all you want now at meeeee, we'll see who gets the last laugh later..... buns of steel, man. ..but then again, the scale might have been a bit screwed up cos i lent it out here and there and i was my normal weight before i lent it out. fats don't weigh much too, huh. *sobs* let me rub it back at them, p/.s if you HK PPL dare tell me that you miss me so much as the reason for the three way call *cough*, send me a postcard(s)! i love snail mail! on a final note, i have this great urge to go travel. like now. grab a friend, get on a plane and fly off to some country to absorb culture, food, take pictures. either that, or indulge myself in theatre shows/musicals. expensive interests, i know, i know T_______T
