bak kut teh lah. omg is it possible to get sick of studying even before exams begin (it's halfway through SWOT VAC now). it'll be about a month before exams FINALLY END. i guess it is possible. must.focus the only outta routine thing i did the past few days was have some rather distasteful cendol just now. it tasted so plastic(unauthentic and gave me a slight tummyache) which made me MISS THE GLORIOUS FOOD IN MALAYSIA. esp, now, THE BUKA PUASA FOOD SOLD IN PASAR MALAMS! granted, i remember getting a tummyache after consuming a dinner full of buka puasa food, but darn it the taste was good enough for a tummyache! /faint. grumpyjo. ohhh, another out of routine thing to do! wake up duper early and apply for a visa to Japan in the next few days (with or without KestertheSlowpoke who has no final exams). then study. an interesting eye opener about our different hair types, and extensions. after letting the oldies close up the money counting. whoohoo for very cool creations that lets you pour out the wine in the 10s of mini cups, all in 5 second marks and a big chug of juice onto its top. wide eyed wonder and a big ooooh, yeah, i know how to work this, i've been under the leader my first round. now, where in the world did he wash it up? which lead to sticky floors and loads of giggles. little things that make you feel okay again. too many things clogging up my mind. unnecessary worry finally leads to nowhere. round and round and round. socially inept. socially ept. i walk past the cafe and don't get to go in for my assignment anymore. i don't meet up with my groupmates, all three who are smaller than me. a srilankan, an indonesian, a viet, a malaysian. all listed according to height. i am unsure of things as i am sure of some. i need to work on things and grow some more. love. you can dance, every dance. we went out for a "celebratory" drink after handing up that assignment.
2 of my kickarse groupmates and me. and talks about the future, money-making schemes with OUR passion involved in it, and successful everyday people. money making in the sense of just doing something we/they love, and then being really successful at them. and i realise that there are SO many of these people out there. no fuss about climbing the corporate ladder, front& backstabbing, clawing your way through; just using your ability to its best potential. i really cannot see myself as a corporate worker. i don't know whether it's really who i am or because i just don't like the idea of being all suited up and becoming part of the furniture of an office day in and out(which also means having to make myself interested in things which just doesn't really interest me much). yet what i'm studying requires all that of me. and now i have this pang of nostalgia, that my university(studying life) is really(prayerfully&hopefully for the right reasons) coming to an end. no thoughts about any further studies(as of yet), so come crunch time, it's time to put a stop to this chapter and move on. we spoke on how opportunities out there are so wide once we graduate. a part of me feels like yes, there is so much out there. but so much of me feels like i'm swept up with things, that i'll just get so caught up with things i'll end up being that 9 to 9 furniture. and that small glimmer of dreams will just fade away. my bad service experience. you know how i'm doing an assg on services? well, now you do. today i experienced SUCH HORRIBLE service. see, there is this photocopy shop on swanston street, THE ONE that moved from bouverie street yea. anyways i had to pop in to photocopy surveys for our assg. so this was pretty early in the morning to catch the breakfast crowd. anyway, that asian kid in there? boss was out. he was such a terror(ie bitch, if you please). he was about that the morning before too. he had the WORST attitude, all it made me want to do was blowtorch(keeping this reaaaally clean) him. like, what is YOUR problem man. YOUR machine screwed up, what's with the attitude. i have a right to get mad, you don't. i got irritated, cos i had somewhere to be(give out survey) before breakfast time ended. and anyway, customer service, even if your world is falling down on you, YOU have to smile at the customer. and be at the counter when i want to pay, not stay behind the computer till i have to tell you. and no thanks, no see ya, no eye contact. just slamming(okay, just as much as you can slam a piece of paper) and walking off to the computer. just makes me not want to perform any extra-role behaviours. the boss is fine, he's really helpful. it's just his employee. you'd think.  seriously. no photographs allowed, although there was your typical rulebreaker using his cameraphone to snap a picture. 5 areas: character; 'a character needs to have sufficient dimension to live beyond the frame of the film', story; 'show, don't tell', world; 'if it were the real world we wanted, we'd use a camera', zoetrope; demonstration of achieving the perception of motion through the illusion of continuous activity(it was reaally cool) and artscape; imagery through the artists' perspective. very worth the $10, as compared to the body exhibition i went the previous week, which was cool, but nothing memorable. sunshine the right way *[it's now 6am, and i got a shock looking out of my window to see the bright blue sky. no wonder the crows are making so much noise. little bit more to gooo!]
it's almost nine.  ..and a good glass of milk. looks like God did pull me through the night. contemplating going for lifegroup, going and then being sent off right after, but staying in the car for a good hour or so. nothing a good talk can't do to help. it's like a powerbar. and we haven't resolved the bet prize yet. and then staying up the whole night to do law. and finishing it woot. feeling strangely calm doing it too! ^^ i was a wreck before lifegroup. now all i have left is... one more assignment due next friday. mann, they are never ending, huh. colours. its times like this(assg due tomorrow) when you need to focus on the end of the tunnel(the day after exams). but not focus too much that you cannot concentrate on assg arghhhhh.

no rest. as much as i'd like to happily announce that we've handed it in, we haven't. we're handing it in on monday and losing 1.5 marks(weekend counts as one day). i don't know, i feel like i'm writing so much bullshit. arghhhhhhh. my marks are so unsatisfactory this sem(borderline) i feel so dumb. especially when everyone's getting close to perfect marks. add on my other assg(taxlaw) due this week. its going to be a looong weekend(i'm packed till the week starts again, it's not even a weekend, it's like a 7 day week) and half's gone already. take careee i'm sorry i haven't been in touch with a looooot of people lately. i will once i get this nightmare over and done with. thank you for prayers :) :) :) :)
