it's been a week?!
that is crazy.
the only thing i've achieved proudly is that....
I ACED IELTS BAYBEH!
okay, not fully aced, but it is pretty good stuff for my standard heeeheee.
my lowest is for WRITING! an 8. and i wrote so much about my "neighbour", and racked my brains for the advertising&promotions notes i took down for televisions and radios last year.
looks like the examiner saying i spoke really well after my 15 minutes meant i did pretty spiffy. to his credit, he was pretty swell. i was singing praises about him after that.
mm, well, rambling about a "very exciting birthday" was really fun.
and explaining the chinese traditional marriage was good stuff. heeee. a lot of hand action, excited chatter and knowledgable nods about the tea ceremony, red packets..
i think i was so happy/excited i cried tears of joy.
well, a little. then i had to get on with my "very busy" life.
seriously, i can't believe it's been 1 week.
weekend has been tennis filled, some cash, racing and muffins.
the week has been new housemate filled.
Oh, and the vanilla sky movie. i don't even know what to say about it. not something i was expecting..
